It is a small operation, so it is the same person every time — and an
answer in the open usually helps the next person who hits the same thing.
Worth including
Nothing formal, but these save a round trip:
- For a bug: your browser and version, what you were doing, and the exact wording of any red message. If it happened during an export, roughly how far in.
- For a file that will not import or render: what made it — phone, camera, screen recorder, a download. Please do not attach the file; describing it is usually enough.
- For billing: the email on the receipt, if it differs from the one you sign in with.
Billing and cancelling
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who are the merchant of record. Your receipt has a link to manage or cancel the subscription yourself. Cancelling stops the renewal and you keep Pro until the date you have paid through — it is not cut off on the day you cancel. If you would rather we did it, ask.
Your data
Ask and we will send you a copy of everything held about you, or delete your account. There is not much: an email address, a display name, a referral code, and your points. Your videos are not on the list, because they were never on our machines. See the privacy policy.
